To take your backcountry skills to the next level and access more complex terrain you need experience.
- Mentorship allows you to gain experience in a more controlled environment.
- Our continued avalanche education programs give you access to the same structured mentorship guides get.
- The only prerequisite is an AIARE Level 1 avalanche course (or equivalent).
These programs were designed to be taken after an AIARE Level 1 avalanche course OR before and after taking a higher level course.
