Marc Ripperger
A product of the intimidatingly flat plains of Iowa, Marc had aspirations in life that involved a little more elevation gain. Substituting horizon lines for the soaring peaks of the world, Marc’s passion for all things climbing has transported him from the desert towers of the Southwest to the Cordillera Blanca of Peru and everywhere in between.
A passionate teacher, Marc’s clients walk away with not only an incredible experience, but an enhanced level of confidence that propels them towards their next great objective. A creative soul at heart he graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing. Currently an AMGA certified Rock Guide and Alpine Guide, Marc is actively pursuing a full certification as an IFMGA mountain guide through the AMGA.
