Join San Juan Expeditions for our Durango based Kids Rock Climbing Camp
We will be running our camp July 7 – 9, 2025 for kids ages 8-11. No climbing experience is required. We will have our San Juan Expeditions AMGA/SPI Certified Rock Guides with a maximum of 5 kids per camp.
Each day will be different from the last, where we will be working on a progression of climbing movement, tying-in properly, belay techniques and top rope safety management. We will utilize several rock climbing areas around the town of Durango. Additional private days are available anytime for those kids that wish to continue honing their skills or wanting to keep up their climbing stoke! No climbing experience is required.

Trip Itinerary
These will be run three days from 9am to 3pm daily. Parents must drop kids off between 9am and 9:30am and pick them up between 3pm and 3:30pm at the latest.
Please note, we need a minimum of four kids each day to run a camp.
