Guide

Hannah loves being outside more than anything in the world. She started off as a long distance ultrarunner, running the Run Rabbit Run 100, Wasatch 100, the Bear 100, and Hardrock 100 (x2) in addition to some 50 mile races and 50k jaunts. She got into thru hiking the summer she ran her first Hardrock and has since hiked the Colorado Trail, the Continental Divide Trail, the Hayduke Trail, a 1400 mile Southwest Horseshoe, a traverse of Gates of the Arctic National Park in Alaska and has thru-hiked the length of the entire Grand Canyon. Shes dabbled in snowy expeditions, skiing across the Weminuche (her front yard in Silverton and Colorado’s largest and most rugged wilderness area), climbed the high volcanoes of Ecuador, and slogged to the top of Denali (North America’s highest peak).

Her passion is semi-technical routes through the desert and mountains where she has to be completely self sufficient and where light-and-fast are paramount to success and safety like the Sangre de Cristo Traverse that she completed in 2022. She hopes she can inspire others to find comfort getting off the beaten path and deep into the wild. She loves drinking coffee in her sleeping bag up high in beautiful places and looks forward to sharing the sunrise with others. Hannah calls Silverton, CO home and loves heading right out her front door into the mountains.
